And I agree that MTV is not helping. Whoever had the brilliant idea to put those shows on TV should have their head examined!Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11607021364119243979noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7385274800284988597.post-29556193425793905492011-01-31T10:54:18.059-06:002011-01-31T10:54:18.059-06:00Hannah, I like what you said about having real par...Hannah, I like what you said about having real parents come into sex ed because something is clearly not being communicated to today's teens. I am only 19 years old myself and while I cannot wait to have kids of my own, I want to live my life first. MTV isn't helping much either by running shows like 16 and pregnant and Teen Mom because it is almost glorifying and encouraging this ridiculous behavior.
I also like that even in your tough situation you choose to be mature for the sake of your kids and I think that's great :)Alicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07349722813841525962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7385274800284988597.post-13378315929535472462011-01-22T08:04:47.037-06:002011-01-22T08:04:47.037-06:00Thanks Simple Dude! My mantra to get me through the rough times is, "Just 15 more years!" I hope you stop back again to check out my blog.Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11607021364119243979noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7385274800284988597.post-11441997365557792042011-01-14T12:46:29.097-06:002011-01-14T12:46:29.097-06:00Hannah - Great post, I like your writing style. T...Hannah - Great post, I like your writing style. Thanks for the pimping my blog! And good to see you agree with my opinion. However you do have something going for you that folks like me (late 30s, still no kids) don't have - you'll be younger when the kids are adults and moved out. You'll be able to enjoy your middle aged years in PEACE!

SD
http://www.simpledudecomplexworld.blogspot.com/Jon Hansonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10248634465295846651noreply@blogger.com
